I have to admit I was also dubious, but ordered the Kendall off the shoulder mini dress. It’s lovely on. Teamed it with a chunky belt and a pair of silver sandal heels! Would definitely buy again. Customer services were prompt efficient and helpful. Thank you. If you’re thinking should I take the chance, yes do it! If it doesn’t fit you can exchange or return as long as in the timeframe stated.

The shoes I ordered came within 1-2 days of ordering these and I have to say they are AMAZING. Can't wait to order them in the other colour now ?

I recently purchased the Jane jumpsuit it was so flattering and I have had lots of compliments. The fit is true to size. Material so floaty and flattering. I also purchased the oversized jumpsuit and again so flattering I will be ordering more colours. I had to email about returns as brought multiple options and I was immediately responded to. Customers services extremely helpful. I would highly recommend. Also most items are breastfeeding friendly.

I was happy at the end how evrrything was sorted out by customer service(Jane) although the trainers I bought wasn't delivered which was the fault of the courier but in all I was happy and everything was sorted and given back my refund with 10% off my order.

Even though I had my order number on there*** I have ordered a dress from them,5785971 Didn't like it so I returned it. it has now been over 3 weeks and no refund. I am having the same issue as all the below negative reviews where they have stated the 'item has not reached warehouse' It is also so sketchy that all customers are having the same issue with their refund. Very unpleasant experience.As you are the one constantly chasing up for the refund WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Ordered saddles last night but still haven’t had a conformation email what’s going to happen?

I had never bought anything off Ikrush before, first experience as I really fancied these sandals. I am absolutely over the moon. They are exactly like the picture! I went a size up as I have quite wide feet, usually a 6-6.5 depending on shoe and in a wide fit section but they don’t say wide fit so I purchased a size 7 and they are perfect! They Don’t even look like a 7 but are so comfortable and look amazing! Very happy, so pleased! Delivery was very quick, came the next day, very well packaged and in a nice box. Will definitely be shopping on Ikrush again. 100 percent recommended! Fantastic.

So efficient ! Received a faulty garment and they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure I got a new one delivered in time for a wedding . Fantastic customer service

Had to return 2 pairs of trainer sock shoes because size 6 came up very small. Returned the goods but took a long time to refund and deliver size 7’s . Also the gold strip on the back as already came away and I’ve had to re glue back down. All in all not a good not a good experience.

Have to say there was a bit of a delay on the dress but a nice lady named Janet sorted it out straight away got the dress delivered the next day and I am really pleased with the customer service and the quality of my dress so I will be ordering again from this shop

Received my parcel but wanted to exchange for another size, followed all the website instructions to exchange but website kept telling me to select options that weren't even there to select.
Waiting on an email back, fingers ?

What a fantastic company ikrush is. Especially Janet. I had an issue with an exchange which the website was linked to the wrong product but Janet managed to rectify the issue and get the exchanged item out next day as promised even after only posting the exchanged item out the previous day. Outstanding first order and cant wait to place another order... Thanks Janet & Team :-)
